An Artist Pod is a collection of multiple individual artists at one location, each representing themselves. 

An Artist Pod is individual artists representing themselves. The artists are present, presenting their work and demonstrating their techniques. A Gallery is multiple artists represented by the Gallery Director.

Yes, your studio is probably already covered. If you are at a different location, you should have event or location insurance of your own. Check with your insurance company for specifics.

Yes, customers are expecting studios to be open for the hours we advertise each day. Imagine their disappointment if they drive to your location only to find you closed. 

Yes!  We highly recommend you invite your fans and loved ones.

You will receive a contract from the museum with size requirements. We recommend you put your best work in the museum. The museum gets a lot of visitors who go there specifically to plan their route on the tour.

Registration closes at the end of May in order to allow us ample time to design and print the maps, advertise our artists, and gather sponsorships to make this the best studio tour yet!
