Windows ALIVE
The Loveland Creative District is accepting proposals for the ongoing Windows ALIVE program.
We are seeking local creators to paint empty storefront windows throughout the Loveland Creative District.
Qualified artists and artist groups will be chosen on an ongoing basis to create original paintings and their work will be matched with an empty storefront location in the Loveland Creative District. The art will be on display for between one and three months depending on the availability of the windows. Paintings must be done with window-appropriate paints designed to withstand the weather and for easy removal. The estimated stipend or budget per painting will be in the range of $300-$500.

Advancing Creatives Intensive with CBCA
Loveland Creative District is excited to be sponsoring Advancing Creatives Intensive (ACI) – a weekend-long workshop for emerging creatives in Northern Colorado. ACI is focused on tangible business growth and planning for artistic careers, as well as building business skills like marketing and financial management. The cohort-based approach incorporates peer learning, networking, and accountability. The Intensive will enable artists of all kinds to see their work through an entrepreneurial lens and employ tools to organize, plan, and sustain their creative careers.
The ACI 2024: February 23-25, 2024. Northern Colorado is ideal for artists of all disciplines who are emerging in their creative careers and art business. Topics include goal setting and planning, marketing and promotions, legal issues, and financial management. The program incorporates various speakers, practical exercises, toolkits, and networking activities.
By completing the Intensive, participants will be eligible to apply for a limited number of Career Advancement Grants, supported by Colorado Creative Industries, up to $500 to further their ongoing arts business.

TAAP 2D 2024
The Art Advocacy Project 2D (commonly known as TAAP 2D) is a one-year on-loan program designed to promote regional artists through the public display of their artworks and provides a means for artwork sales.
Selected artworks will be displayed at the Loveland Public Library’ Central Galleria from late February 2024 until mid to late February 2025. Budget: $350

2024 Sculpture in the Park Show and Sale
Entries are open for the 40th Sculpture in the Park Show and Sale August 9th-11th, 2024.
The Sculpture in the Park Show and Sale has been heralded as one of the finest outdoor juried exhibitions of three-dimensional artwork in the United States. This exhibition hosts 160 of the most talented sculptors from around the world and is known for featuring a wide and diverse range of artistic expressions. The show and Sale held at Loveland’s nationally acclaimed Benson Sculpture Garden and is presented by the Loveland High Plains Art Council.
Each year this exhibit attracts 15,000 to 20,000 art lovers and collectors from across the country with sales exceeding $1,600,000 in 2023. An astounding 97% of the exhibiting artists sold their work at the 39th Sculpture in the Park Show and Sale.
