Heather Rubald
CHAIR
Heather Rubald has a degree in Theater Arts from the University of Northern Colorado and worked as a professional actor in the Denver area for over 20 years. She is now the Events Coordinator for the Rialto Theater. She is also an Upcycling artist working primarily with post-consumer plastic bags. Her work has been seen at the Denver Art Museum, The Loveland Museum and Gallery, Artworks, ArtSpace and various boutiques along the front range.

Jill Atchison
TREASURER
Jill Atchison has spent decades cultivating the art community in Loveland. Currently serving as Executive Director of Lincoln Gallery and Thompson Valley Art League. As such, she is instrumental in the production of Art in the Park each year, as well as Loveland Art Studio Tours.
Suzanne Janssen
PAST CHAIR
Suzanne Janssen is the City of Loveland Public Art Manager and has worked for the City almost 20 years. Past work experience includes serving as the Cultural Programs Supervisor and Executive Director of the Northglenn Arts & Humanities Foundation, as well as managing recreational programs for the cities of Loveland and Louisville. Prior to moving to Colorado, Suzanne worked in Development for WGBH-TV and Radio in Boston, Tracy-Locke and Asher/Gould Advertising in Los Angeles. Raised in Southern California, Suzanne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio-TV-Film, with an emphasis in screenwriting.

Julie Adams
DIRECTOR, MARKETING COMMITTEE CHAIR
Julie Adams is an award-winning photographer specializing in the horse-human connection. Outside of photography, she boasts an extensive background in digital marketing, leveraging technology and creativity to engage audiences and drive success for various brands and businesses. A keen eye for aesthetics, an innate ability to connect with audiences and a talent for problem-solving are characteristics Julie is known for.
Sarah Cameron
SECRETARY, DIRECTOR
Sarah Cameron (she/her) is a writer of mystery and fantasy. Usually those worlds mingle. She has published in Mystery Magazine and is currently seeking representation for a paranormal mystery novel. Sarah represents Aims Community College on the LCD board. She works as a Program Coordinator at the Aims Loveland Campus and for their continuing education program. She holds a B.A. in English: Creative Writing from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) and an M.F.A. in Creative Writing: Genre Fiction from Western Colorado University. Outside of work, Sarah can usually be found writing in one of Loveland's many coffee shops or hiking the trails around town.
Olivia Lowe
DIRECTOR
Olivia has lived in Loveland for fifteen years and has been involved in our local art scene for close to thirteen years. She was an artist/organizer for the inaugural Love & Light Show that took place inside the Feed & Grain and continued for five amazing years. Olivia has sat on the board of the Loveland Youth Gardeners, owned and operated The People’s Market (an open-air art market) for eight years and was the director of Art in the Park for two years.
